From this issue onward, each recipe will have its own “label”. Abbreviated nutritional labels (VE, VG, GF, DF, EF, LS, SF και NF), which will help you understand if a recipe is meant for vegetarians or vegans. For individuals that are following some specific diet that should be low in sugars or sugar free. Our goal is to help everyone “decode” a recipe and decide whether or not they want to make it a part of their diet or not.
