This book was released in November 2014 by Psychogios publications. The following year, it won the “Good Living” Public Book Awards 2015.
Now this you have to taste! Because it’s easy, because it’s tasty and because it’s fun! I wanted to put together a book that would approach cooking in the same way that I do, so you can see it through my eyes and the way I like to share it with my friends and loved ones. This is exactly what this book is: a piece of my philosophy as a chef and my desire to share my favorite recipes with everyone I love.
