How can I pay for my online purchases?

You can choose one of the following payment methods to complete your purchases. Follow the method that suits you best!

Cash on delivery (COD)

You pay the price of your order to the employee of the courier company and you are charged with an additional 2€ for the cash on delivery costs. Valid only for shipments within Greece.

Bank deposit

You can, if you wish, pay for your order by deposit at any bank branch or through e-banking, this payment method is not available for orders outside Greece. The deposit can be made within 3 working days from the order. If the payment is not completed within this time period, the order will be canceled. Necessary condition for the deposit is to indicate the name and number of the order in the comments. Regarding the transaction costs, the transferor is charged.

What are the charges for shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders over 90 € within Greece.

For all orders under 90 € the cost is calculated in the following way:

Greece:

- for Athens, the shipping cost is 4 € and for orders shipped outside of Athens, it is 5 €.

- for COD (cash on delivery) payment, there is an additional cost of 2.00 €.

International:

-shipping costs are calculated based on your postal code and you can calculate them before completing your order from the "Calculate shipping" option.

What is the delivery policy?

All orders within Attica are shipped with the Daily Courier company and outside Attica with the Daily Courier company and its partners. Deliveries are done daily from Monday - Friday, between 09:00 - 17:00. Orders outside of Greece are shipped with the Fedex courier company.

3. Receiving products:

You will receive your order within 2-5 working days. In case there is a problem with the availability of the products, or for any other reason, we will contact you via e-mail. You can receive your orders from the physical store from Monday – Friday, between 10:00 – 16:00.

4. Product delivery – Shipment of documents

Products bought by the Customer will be shipped to the address the Customer has specified as the delivery address. The Customer will also receive a copy of the sales document and of the dispatch note. Deliveries will take place upon proof of purchase and with the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

Shipments may be delayed due to the following extraordinary circumstances:

• During periods with high volume of orders. 

• Due to adverse weather conditions.

• Due to unforeseen events.

Will I receive the exact same product as the one I see in the photo?

What you see in the photo is the exact same product you will receive. There may be very small differences in the colors due to the photoshoot lights.

Can I pay in installments?

It is not possible to pay with installments on a debit card.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

As soon as you complete your order, you will automatically receive an email informing you that we have received your order and that we have registered it. This is enough to understand that you followed the steps correctly and that, in a few days, the products you have chosen will be shipped to you.

Can I change my order?

If you have completed your order, you cannot add another product. You will need to place a new order and note in the "Comments" field that it should be merged with your previous order. You can add products to your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Can I cancel my order?

What do I do if one of the products I ordered comes with a defect?

Our e-shop makes sure to deliver exactly what you ordered in the best condition. Nothing less than this is acceptable! If, however, something ever goes wrong, all you have to do is send back the defective product and we will send you the right one with no extra charge.
